The Vision and Platform for Growth was launched in early December 2019.
As a pillar of the Sapphire Coast TF 2030 program, and part of the Federal Government’s Regional Jobs and Industry program, the goal of the Vision and Platform for Growth is to increase the skills and professionalism of our tourism industry and consequently lift the region’s competitiveness as a destination.
We’re pleased to say that the contents of the V&P are a direct result of input received by local industry and the document and vision have grown and evolved as a result of the input from local tourism operators who live and breathe this industry every day.
